12BET, one of Asia’s leading online sports betting and gambling providers, has confirmed that it has entered into a two year sponsorship deal with Barclays Premier League Football Club, Hull City.
In terms of the deal the 12BET logo will feature on the front of the club’s shirts as they compete in the Barclays Premier League and embark on their first campaign in a European competition after qualifying for this season’s UEFA Europa via the FA Club last season. This will provide the sports betting firm with a strong platform to reach fans in 200 territories via live footage shown by 80 international broadcasters as well as editorial and social media opportunities.
The sponsorship, that is the largest commercial deal in Hull City’s 110 year history, is reported to be a 60 percent increase on its last sponsorship with Cash Converters and will run for a period of two years until the end of the 2015/2016 season.
Simon King, the Commercial Manager of Hull City, revealed that they are extremely thrilled to be working with 12BET and that having a global brand like 12BET with a great history of working in football is very exciting. King added that the deal shows how far the club has come on the field and from a commercial perspective in recent years. He also welcomed Rory and his team to the club saying that he was looking forward to a strong future together.
12BET has previously served as principal sponsor to Sevilla F.C. as well as Wigan Athletic F.C.
