He became the only player to score in straight seventeen La Laiga games breaking Pole Teodor Pewterek’s 1937-38 record of scoring in 16 straight games for his club Ruch Chorzow. Barcelona’s last La Liga match against Deportivo La Coruna became the memorable one where Barca won comprehensively by 2-0. This season is again proving to be a good one for Messi coz he has scored 52 goals across all leagues including Champion League and 27 La Liga goals.
